NOUSIPJG AS DISCUSS[D <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P4rs. Scalze. <br />F1yes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Nardini, <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution t3ook No. 12, Page 593. <br />P4rs. Scalze as!ced when the park charge for this development would be <br />determined. Fahey pointed out that Rutzick still had to bring in <br />final plans. The City was not prepared to consider the park charge <br />at this point. <br />The Clerk asked if the Council needecf to act on the housing plan. The <br />Planner reported that the Flousing Plan is actopted as part of <br />the Comprehensive Plan and after the P1HFA acts on the proposal. The <br />E;ond Counsel stated that the Housing Plan was included in the resolution <br />the City just acted on. <br />Page -13- <br />
