MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />May 14, 1986 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br /> Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br /> 14th day of May, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br /> located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Agenda Mayor Michael Fahey chaired the meeting and called it to order at <br />Item No. 1 7:30 P.M. and the following members were present at roll call: <br />Agenda MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Item No. 2 Councilman Mr. William Blesener <br /> Councilman Mr. Rich Collova <br /> Councilwoman Ms. P1ugs Nardini <br /> Councilwoman P1rs. Beverly Scalze <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br /> Consulting Engineer Mr. Donald Carley <br /> City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br /> City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br /> Recording Secretary Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br />Minutes Mr. Blesener indicated that on page 14 of the April 23, 1986 Council <br /> meeting minutes, Resolution No. 86-4-159 should be corrected to <br />Agenda reflect that Mr. Blesener and Ms. Nardini voted "Nay". <br />Item No. 3 <br /> Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 86-5-171 - APPROVING THE <br /> MINUTES OF THE APRIL 23, 1986 COUNCIL <br /> MEETING WITH THE OUTLID!=D CORRECTION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Faney, Scalze, Nardini. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 13, Page 163. <br />Preliminary Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing on consideration of the <br />Plat preliminary plat of the Sherman Oaks Addition. Fahey pointed <br />Sherman out that the Planning Commission has recommended approval subject <br />Oaks to the recommendations of the Planner. <br />Addition <br />There was no one present in the audience from Iona Lane, and it <br />;lgenda was noted that the Winter's and the Cardinal's were present. <br />Item No. 4 <br />Jim Rutzick informed the Council that their proposal consists of <br />two apartment buildings with a total of 156 units. A buffer <br />zone has been provided between the apartments and the Iona Lane <br />properties and also extending east-west along the lakeshore. <br />Page -1- <br />
