Fal~~y fett it a~oul<l be a difficult lo~ to develop. <br />Fahey felt that somH~one may come back and reqi.aest a variance to <br />place the house on the 7ot, just because it is a lot of record. <br />Fahey felt there v~as no hardship irivolved, just that 'there a~as <br />not enough prop~rty. <br />Scalze asked if the lot line could 'oe dras~rn at a different annla <br />so that the lot ~aould have 10,U00 square feet. <br />'3org replied that the line could be anqled more, but tlian it tivould <br />not line up 4~iith Jackson SCreet. <br />Co1lova stated t'nai: he ~~tas in favor of the variance as it a~as a <br />minor one and svoulc( alloe~~ the property to be developed which ivould <br />generate additional tax dollars to the City. <br />~ahey agreed that the variance ~aas less than 1/2 of 1%. <br />Scalze falt that there vrere similar situations in the past, but <br />felt if the variance were c~ranted for lot size, the Council should <br />go on record stating ttiat it s~ill not grant an.y additional variances <br />for the property. <br />~4rs.
