MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />July 23, 1986 <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 1 <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 2 <br />Minutes <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 3 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the <br />23rd day of July, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired the meeting and called it to order <br />at 7:34 P.M. and the following members of the Council were present <br />at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />Councilman <br />Councilman <br />Councilwoman <br />Councilwoman <br />City Clerk <br />Consulting Engineer <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Recording Secretary <br />Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Mr. William Blesener <br />Mr. Rick Collova <br />Ms. Mugs Nardini <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br />Mr. Donald Carley <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. David Licht <br />Mrs. Kathleen Glanzer <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTTON N0. 86-7-322 - APPROVING THE <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF JULY 2, 1986 <br />AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Scalze, Nardini, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 15, Page 333. <br />Mrs. Scalze indicated that Resolution No. 86-7-311 of the July 9 <br />minutes should be corrected by changing the word "DECLINING" to <br />"DELETING". <br />Blesener indicated that Resolution N0. 86-7-314 should refer to <br />total reconstruction of Rice Street and not just resurfacing of <br />Rice Street. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION ~10. 86-7-323 - APPROVING THE <br />MINUTES OF THE JULY 9, 1986 REGULAR COUNCIL <br />MEETING WITH THE OUTLINED CORRECTIONS <br />Page -1- <br />
