Flowever, <br />free1ance camera people r~iight receive t4vice that amount. <br />E~lesener sugoested that the Council begin by considering 55 per hour. <br />Collova suggested ttiat the Council determine e~~hat other cities are <br />paying. Nardini pointed out that rnost other citias do not broadcast <br />Council meetings, or nave staff do it. <br />h1r. 7arnoavski reported that the Cit,y is compensated for tocal <br />access proqramming from Group ui. aroadcast of Council meetings <br />is tocal access programrning.
