MINUTES <br />City Council <br />August 27, 1986 <br />Revenue There was no one present wishing to comment on the use of the City's <br />Sharing Revenue Sharing monies. <br />Funds <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 4 RESOLUTION N0. 86-8-368 - CLOSING THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON TNE CITY'S USE OF <br />REVENUE SHARING MONIES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Nardini, Fahey, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 15, Page 430. <br />It was the recommendation of the City Clerk that revenue sharing <br />monies for 1987 be used for public safety and police protection. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-8-369 - ALLOCATING THE <br />CITY S REVENUE SHARING ALLOCATION IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $46,000 TO PUBLIC SAFETY AND <br />POLICE PROTECTION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P1rs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Fahey, Nardini. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 15, Page 430. <br />Text Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider a text amendment <br />Amendment providing for a conditional use permit for a landscape maintenance <br />Landscape business within a B-3 area. <br />Businesses <br />Fahey pointed out that the City Planner has recommended against <br />Agenda the proposed text amendment. However, the Planning Commission <br />Item No. 5 voted to approve the text amendment to allow landscape businesses <br />in B-3 areas and to grant a conditional use permit for Prescription <br />Landscape and Anderson Lawn Service to operate on the Frank <br />Frattalone property. <br />Fahey reported that he has received <br />owners within a one block radius of <br />the text amendment and the granting <br />Prescription Landscape and Anderson <br />sited several City Codes as a basis <br />read these to the Council. <br />a petition signed by 25 property <br />the Frattalone property opposing <br />of conditional use permits to <br />Lawn Service.
