MINUTES <br />City Council <br />April 22, 1987 <br />Recycling Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />(Cont.l <br />RESOLUTION ~0. 87-4-177 - AUTHORIZING THE <br />SOLID WASTE ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO DRAW UP <br />A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE COUNTY AND SUPERCYCLE <br />FOR RECYCLING SERVICES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0), <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 191. <br />Sealcoating Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Bids <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-4-178 - APPROVING AND <br />Agenda ACCEPTING THE LOW BID FROM BITUMINOUS <br />Item No. 24 ROADWAYS IN THE AMOUNT OF 45¢ PER SQUARE <br />YARD FOR SEALCOATING IN 1987 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, LaValle, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 192. <br />Water Loss Blesener reported that the water loss for the first quarter of 1987 <br />was high and the Public Works Department will have the main meter <br />Agenda tested as well as have someone test watermain lines for leaks. <br />Item No. 24 <br />No Parking Blesener reported that the County wants to post County Road D as <br />On County no parking on the south from LaBore Road to Edgerton. <br />Road D <br />LaValle noted that no parking is already posted on the south and <br />Agenda would present a problem to residents in that area. <br />Item No. 24 <br />Scalze felt that no parkin9 would be a benefit to the residents <br />due to the location of the apartment buildings in that area. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION M0. 87-4-179 - REQUESTING THE <br />COUNTY TO POST COUNTY ROAD D NO PARKING <br />FROM LABORE ROAD TO EDGERTON ON THE SOUTH <br />SIDE OF THE STREET <br />Page -36- <br />
