Scalze commented that it <br />Division was her understanding that the road would have a 50-foot right- <br />& Thunder of-way for its entire length. <br />Ray 2nd <br />Add. Plat The Engineer reported that the developer would like a 40-foot <br />(Cont.) right-of-way in this area and will dedicate a 10-foot easement <br /> for snow storage along the baright property. <br /> This proposal was not acceptable to the Council. The Council indicated <br /> that the entire street right-of-way should be 50 feet in width. Fahey <br /> pointed out that the reason the City agreed to purchase the t~!right <br /> property through tax increment financing was so there would be no <br /> variances needed in the plat. <br /> h9rs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book ho. 17, Page 272. <br />4-Iday Stop The City has received a request for installation of a 4-way stop at <br />LaBore Rd. the intersection of LaBore Road and Edgerton.
