P9INUTES <br />City Council <br />June 10, 1987 <br />Easement <br />From St. <br />John's <br />(Cont.) <br />Adjourn <br />1lgenda <br />Item No. 16 <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-6-262 - AUTHORIZING THE <br />CITY ATTORNEY TO NEGOTIATE WITH ST. JOHN'S <br />CHURCH FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN EASEMENT UP TO <br />THE APPRAISED VALUE THE OITY APPRAISER HAS <br />DETERMINED FOR THE PROPERTY WITH THE ADDITION <br />OF FEDICIMG TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, LaValle, Scalze, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 282. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-6-263 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P~r.
