Blesener• intr•oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-10-471 - APPROVING LGA FORM 280, 1987/1988 SPECIAL LEVIES CERTIFICATION AS PROPOSED BY THE CITY CLERK The for~egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr•. LaValle. Ayes (5) Blesener~, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declar•ed adopted. This r•esolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 498. Capital Fahey r~epor•ted that in the past the City has financed major• capital Impr•ovement pur•chases fr•om the Gener•al Fund and it is the r•ecommendation of the Fund City Auditor~ that a Gener~al Capital Impr~ovement Fund be established for• these pur~chases. Mr•s. Scalze intr~oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-10-472 - ESTABLISHING A GENERAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND The for•egoi ng r•esol uti on was duly seconded by Mr~. Bl esener•. Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener~, Fahey, LaValle, Collova. Nays (0). Resolution declar~ed adopted. This r~esolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 499. Str•eet Fahey r•epor~ted that the City Auditor~ is r•ecommending that the City Over•lay establish a Str•eet Over•lay Fund. Once the fund has a lar•ge enough Fund balance, str•eet over•lays could be financed fr~om this fund, r•ather• than thr•ough bonding. Mr•. Collova intr•oduced the following r~esolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-10-473 - ESTABLISHING A STREET OVERI.AY FUND The for~egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze.
