Houle also pr•esented the City with <br /> a check in the amount of $5,000 for• the City's Par•k Fund fr•om the <br /> pull-tab oper•ation at Br•ady's on Rice Str•eet. <br /> The Mayor• thanked both St. Joseph's Society and Ser~vants of Mar•y fov <br /> their• effor~ts on behalf of the City. <br />Rockne Mayor• opened the public hear•ing on the Rockne Waite r•equest for~ the <br />Waite division of his pr•oper•ty, Lots 12 thr•ough 20, Nor~th Heights Addition, <br />Pr~oper•ty i nto thr•ee 1 ots. <br />Division <br />& Var~iance Fahey noted that at the time the City or~der•ed Sylvan Str•eet to be <br />Matter• impr•oved, i t was wi th the under•standi ng that the pr•oper•ty owner•s <br />who gr•ant the City the necessar~y easement for the Sylvan Str•eet <br />Agenda cul-de-sac would r•eceive var•iances for• lot ar•ea if the taking of <br />Item No. 5 this easement caused their• lots to be under• the City's 10,000 <br />squar•e foot r•equir~ement. <br />Fahey noted that both the Planning Commission and the Planner• have <br />r•ecommended approval of the Waite pr•operty division. <br />Page -2- <br />
