MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Feb. 10, 1988 <br />Announce- Blesener~ announced that the 1988 mill r•ate for• Little Canada is <br />ments 19.08 which is down fr•om the mill r~ate for• 1987 of 20.6. This <br />(Cont.) r•eflects a 7 1/2% decr~ease and is the fifth year~ in a r•ow that the <br />City's mill r•ate has decr•eased. The cur•r~ent mill r•ate of 19.08 is <br />lower• than the City's mill r~ate was in 1978. <br />Park Survey Scalze reported that preceeding tonight's meeting the City Council held <br />a!~~orkshop meeting with Decision Resources to review their draft of the <br />Agenda City's upcoming Par•k Survey. <br />Item No. 13 <br />Diane Tr~axler~ of Decision Resour~ces repor•ted that the City Council <br />r•educed the number• of question/units in the sur~vey fr~om 92 to 69. <br />Scalze pointed out that both the Council and Par~k Commission has spent <br />a lot of time r•eviewing var~ious dr~afts of the sur•vey, and felt that <br />the dr•aft that was wor•ked out at the W.or•kshop Meeting would be r•eady <br />to approve once it is put into final for•m. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIOP! Blomber•g also pr•esented <br />Joseph's a year~ly financial summar~y of the pull-tab oper~ations. alomberg <br />Society r~epor•ted that she would be submitting compliance infor•mation shor~tly. <br />Ngenda Council reviewed the financial summary and felt the financial report <br />Adtlition was a good thorouah repor•t.
