PETERSEN FOR ACCESSORY BUILDING 0~1 HIS PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 2£~57 VANDERBIE ROAD CO~ITINGENT UPON <br />COMPLIANCE blITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS LETTER DATED APRIL <br />27, 1988 <br />The for~egoing r~esolution was duly seconded by Mr~s. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener~, Scalze, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar~ed adopted. <br />This r~esolution appears in Resolution Book No. 19, Page 158. <br />Foyt And Fahey opened the public hear•ing on the r~equest of Ron Foyt for• a lot <br />Rindelaub split and sideyard setback var•iance for~ setback of existing house on <br />Lot Split Lot 4, Block 1, Ger•vais Shor•es 2nd Addition. <br />& Variance <br />Matter• <br />The Mayor• noted that the Planning Commission has r•ecommended appr•oval <br /> of the division of 13 feet fr•om the Foyt lot and combination of this <br />Agenda 13 feet with the Rindelaub lot, Lot 4, in order• that ther•e is at <br />Item No. 7 least a 3 foot setback for~ the Rindelaub house fr•om its nor•ther•n <br /> pr~operty 1 i ne. <br /> Fahey asked if ther•e was anyone fr~om the general public pr~esent <br /> wishing to comment on this matter~. Ther•e was not. <br /> Fahey pointed out that a 12.1 foot lot split fr•om the Foyt lot, Lot 5, <br /> would provide the Rindelaub home a 3 foot setback. <br /> Blesener• pointed out that Lot 5 is not located on a cul-de-sac and <br /> noted that the division of 12.1 feet from Lot 5 would give the lot <br /> less than 75 feet of road fr•ontage. <br /> The City Planner~ r•eplied that Lot 5 is located on a cur•ve and the <br /> lot width at the building setback line needs to be 75 feet. The <br /> Planner• stated that it appear•s that lot width will be 76 to 77 feet. <br /> Mr•s. Scalze introduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 88-4-155 - CLOSING TNE <br /> PUBLIC HEARIMG ON THE FOYT AND RINDELAUB <br /> LOT SPLIT AND VARIANCF REQUEST <br />The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr•.
