Collova intr~oduced the following or~dinance and moved its adoption: <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 15a ORDINANCE N0. 299 - AMEPIDING ORDINAPICE N0. 901, <br />BEING AN AMENDMENT OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />The for•egoing or~dinance was duly seconded by Mr•s. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Blesener•, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Or~dinance declar•ed adopted. <br />Contractor Collova reported that the letter from Frank Winiecki, President of <br />Licensing Pr~air~ie Fir•e, Inc. was for• infor•mation. Council noted that any <br />Fire or~dinance amendments would r•equire public notices and hear~ings. <br />Pr•otection <br />Systems <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 15b <br />City Clean Up Collova reported that the Building Inspector has issued letters to <br /> var~ious pr•oper•ty owner•s within the City r•equesting clean up of their~ <br />Agenda pr•oper•t ies. 30 days notice was given for• the clean up. After that <br />Addition time if pr~oper•ties ar•e not cleaned up, the Building Inspector• w ill <br /> appear• befor•e the Council to discuss fur•ther• action. <br />Shoulder~ Scalze noted the condition of the shoulder• on the south side of <br />Of Little Little Canada Road fr~om the Fir•e Station to Edger•ton. Scalze suggested <br />Canada Rd. that the County be requested to pave this shoulder noting the serious <br />er•osion pr•oblem. <br />Agenda <br />Addition Fahey suggested that the City Engineer• approach the County and r~equest <br />the shoulder• be paved noting the public safety issues involved for <br />pedestr•ian and vehicular~ tr•affic. <br />Page -23- <br />
