MINUTES <br />City Council <br />July 13, 1988 <br />Celebrate <br />MN 1990 <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />City <br />Newsletter• <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 20a <br />Snowmobile <br />Club <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 20b <br />Adj our~n <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 21 <br />Scalze r•epor~ted on the Celebr•ate Minnesota 1990 pr~ogram pointing out <br />that there is grant money available to cities thr!ough this program. <br />Council was in agr•eement that the City should par•ticipate in the pr•oc~r~am <br />and it was suggested that Scalze pursue the matter~ fur•ther. <br />Fahey suggested that discussion of a City newletter• be postponed until <br />another• time. <br />The City has r~eceived a r•equest fr•om the Snowmobile Club for• use of the <br />Council Chamber~s for~ their~ meetings. Fr•om a member•ship roster• of the <br />Club, Council noted that appr~oximately one-thir•d of the member•s ar~e Little <br />Canada r~esidents. Ther•efore, Council was of the opinion that one-thir•d <br />of the Club's meetings could be held at the City Center. The Club holds <br />4 meetings per~ year, ther•efor~e, Council was agreeable to one Club meeting <br />at the City Center each year. <br />Mr•. LaValle intr•oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-7-286 - ADJOURNING <br />The for•egoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr•.
