MINUTES <br />City Council <br />July 27, 198II <br />Boosalis Mr. Blesener introduced the following Ordinance and moved <br />Zoning its adoptione <br />Ordinance <br />QRDIN~NCE NO. 306 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />Agenda Item THE ZONING CODE OF THE CTTY OF <br />No. 19 LITTLE CANADA TO PROVIDE CHANGES <br />IN ZONING CLASSIFIC~TION <br />The £oregoing Ordinance was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Fahey, Collova, LaVa11e. <br />Nays (0). <br />Ordinance declared adopted. <br />This Ordinance appears in Ordinance Book No. 10. <br />Dog Mr. Borer reported that the Ordinance is missing some State <br />Ordinance Statutes regarding dangerous dogs, Mr. Borer recommended <br />that the Ordinance be redrafted including the inEormation on <br />Agenda Item dangerous dogs. <br />No. 20 <br />Mr. Borer commented that he £elt that the section in the <br />Ordinance on leashes coas a loose leash law. He reported <br />that according to the City's Ordinance, if a person is <br />walking their dog and the dog is under his/her command, it <br />would not be a violation of the City's Ordinance. Mr. Fahey <br />stated that dogs should be under voice control in the <br />owner's yard, but when in the street must have a leash, <br />Introduction P4r. Grittman introduced Ken Roberts of N. W.
