Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Pages 364 and 365. <br />Scalze reported that there are stakes in the yar•ds of the r~esidents to <br />the south onCenterville Road and asked the City Engineer• what these <br />stakes were for. <br />The Engineer repor~ted that the City has not installed these stakes, and <br />it must be the County. <br />Fahey opened the public hearing to consider assessments for• Improvement <br />No. 87-15, wheelchair lift for the LeClaire Hall. Cost of the <br />improvement is $30,575 and this cost will be assessed against the LeClair•e <br />Hall. Interest r~ate for the assessment is 10% and installment ter•ms ar~e <br />5 years. <br />Mr~s. Brinkman reported that the wheelchair lift has not been completed <br />and asked what the delay is. <br />The City Cler•k r~epor•ted that the lift is scheduled for delivery from the <br />manufacturer~ by the end of September. <br />Br•inkman asked if the lift was not completed by the end of the year•, if <br />the assessments would still be levied for 1989. <br />The City Clerk replied that they would, otherwise additional inter~est <br />would have to be levied as well. <br />Page -17- <br />
