MINUTES <br />City Council <br />August 31, 1988 <br />1987 The next report reviewed was the Capital Project Funds r•eport dated <br />Audit December• 31, 1988. <br />Report <br />(Cont.) Council then discussed the need for a study session dur•ing which the <br />Council could discuss pending issues such as City Center expansion <br />and dur•ing which the Council could establish long-r•ange goals.
