This would be a matter• of <br />Agenda the bid specification and could be r•emoved from the specification if the <br />Addition City so desir~es. <br />Closed The City Attor•ney r~equested a closed session so that he can discuss <br />Session pending litigation with the City Council. <br />Agenda Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Addition <br />RESOLUTION N0. 8H-10-481 - AUTHORIZIDIG A <br />CLOSED SESSION OF THE COUNCIL TO DISCUSS <br />PENDING LITIGATION AS REQUESTED BY THE <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Collova, Fahey, alesener•, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This r~esolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, page 496. <br />The Council went into closed session at 11 P.M. <br />Adjour~n Mr•.
