No <br />88-24 <br />(Cont.) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 544. <br />P1r. Blesener intr•oduced the following r~esolution and moved. its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-11-509 - INSTRUCTING THE <br />PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT TO CONTRACT TO <br />NAVE THE BUMPS ON RYAN DRIVE GROUPJD OFF AND <br />SHOULDERS QUILT UP, KEEPING TRACK OF THE <br />COSTS SO TNAT THEY CAN BE PASSED ON TO THE <br />BENEFITED PROPERTY OWNERS IN THE FUTURE, <br />AND INS'fRUCTING THE CITY EPlGINEER TO LOOK AT <br />OTHER METHODS OF REPAIRING RYAN DRIVE <br />> <br />N<Ays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Triis resolution appears in Reso1ution Book No. 20, Pages 545 and 5G6. <br />The foregoing r~esolution was duly seconded by Mr. 1=ahey. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey Dlesener, Sca~ize, Collova, La.Valle. <br />Rezoning -io F"ahey opened the Public Heariny to consider the rezoning of oor~tions of <br />PUD Section 8 from I-1 to PUD. Fahey reported that the Planning Commission <br />Portions has tabled action on the r•ezoning <br />f u <br />ibilit in or•der <br />rading to give the City <br />the standar•ds of Planner <br />the I-1 <br />of Se~tion 8 y o <br />time to study the poss pg <br /> Distr~ict as an alternative to the rezoning. <br />Agenda Fahey asked if ther~e was anyone from the general public pr•esent wishing <br />Item No. 8 to comment. <br />Fr•ank Frattalone, property owner in the area, r•epor•ted. that he was <br />satisfied with the tabling in order for the Planner• to study the <br />issue. <br />Fahey pointed out that when the Planning Commission tables an issue, <br />the Commission has 60 days in which to act on a pr~oposal before the <br />Council can act. Therefor~e, Fahey suggested that the public hearing <br />be continued until the second meeting in January. <br />Mr•s. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-11-510 - CONTINUING THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSAL TO REZONE <br />PORTIONS OF SECTION 8 FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br />TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT UNTI~ TNE <br />SECOND COUNCIL MEETING IN JANUARY, 1989 <br />BASED ON TNE PLANNING COMMISSION'S ACTION <br />TO TABLE THE MATTER PENDING A REPORT FROF9 <br />THE CITY PLANNER <br />Pane -11- <br />
