MINUTES <br />City Council <br />~lov. 27, 1988 <br />Facilitator Scalze r•epor~ted that she and Blesener• have been working with Don Salver•da <br />on a proposal for a facilitation session. Mr. Salver•da feels that he can <br />Agenda put together a session that will fit the Council's needs. Suggested dates <br />Addition for the session are February 4th or Febr•uary 18th. <br />Blesener• reported that it was suggested that the Chair•men of the Planning <br />Commission and Par~k Commission also be invited to the session, along with <br />member•s of City Staff and the Recreation Director. <br />Closed The City Attorney requested that the Council hold a closed session to <br />Session discuss pending litigation in the matter of Keane versus the City. <br />Agenda Mr~. Fahey intr•oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Addition <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-11-523 - AUTHORIZING THE <br />COUNCIL TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS <br />THE KEANE LITIGATION AS REQUESTED BY THE CITY <br />ATTORNEY <br />The for~egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by P9r~.
