MINUTES <br />City Council <br />February 8, 1989 <br />House Discussion regarding a house on the Park's property. <br />Scalze said that the house is too difficult to be <br />handicapped accessible and that the well has been capped. <br />The Council decided to turn it over to the Fire Department <br />for Demolition. <br />Workmen's LaValle informed the Council regarding Workmen's <br />Compensation Compensation. He said that last year they paid $1,650. <br />This year's coverage will cost 5530. <br />Mayor Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-2-64 - APPROVING 1989 <br />ADOPTION OF THE WORKER'S COMPENSATION FOR <br />THE COUNCIL, AT $530.00/YEAR. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 21, Page 66. <br />Announcement Ludwig Award is giving to an outstanding City Official. <br />Nominations accepted though April 17, 1989. <br />Addition to Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved <br />Agenda its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-2-65 - APPROVING CHANGE IN <br />ST. JEROMES's LAWFUL GAMBLING APPLICATION <br />FROM APRIL 8th TO APRIL 16th, AND WAIVING <br />THE 30 DAY WAITING PERIOD. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution BOok No. 21, Page 67. <br />Addition Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved <br />to Agenda its adoption: <br />Page16 <br />
