The site in question <br />Ii~em No, B is currently zoned single family residential, <br /> ~Ir. Palmen has acyuired approvals from each oi the agencies <br /> cited under conditions for approval from the Planner°s <br /> report as directed by the City Council on July 27, 19IIIIo <br /> C7r, Palmen indicated a drainage easement would be designatec1 <br /> on the lots showing drainage baclt into the pond and anything <br /> over tl~ree feet deep in the pond saould drain into the <br /> overflow pipe ~akiich maintains a level on the pond. <br /> c7r, C~rlel indicated that kie approved of the final plat. <br /> PZrs.
