Tkiis can be modified. Agreed up <br />to $75,000. <br />Section 5A states: When the Gymnasium Addition is used for <br />meetings or other public gatherings which require the use <br />of chairs and tables, the City wi11 also be responsible <br />for set up and pick up before and after such activities. <br />With weelcend use, clean up is reasonable. <br />Section 6 states: The City and the District shall each <br />designate a person charged with tYie responsibility of sche- <br />auling and coordinating the use of tkie Gymnasium Addition <br />so that such facilities may be made available by the District <br />to others when not in use by the City. <br />City has right of first use but available to others iL not <br />in use by City. <br />Tkiere is also a termination clause in the agreement. <br />Discussions real candid; have good repoire. <br />Page -13- <br />
