All of the proposals have indicatecl that the <br />T.tem No, 15 developers are interested in putting in sorne type oE office, <br /> showroom, industrial park development in tP~at area, <br /> t~1r. Fahey indicated that a meeting has been scheauled wi~h <br /> these cievelopers for June 1, 19~9 at 3:00 p,m, at City Ha11 <br /> to explore tkae ideas that they have. P4r, Fahey statecl ~hat <br /> tkae City is bec~inning to mal:e progr~ss in this area. <br />Facilities i7r. Fahey indicated that the Facilities Committee has been <br />Committ~e rneeting regularly. They have toured various fire halls to <br /> get some ideas Lor our Fire Ha11. <br />~lgenda <br />1lddition <br />Seal Coat P7r, F3lesener indica~ed that the City's low bidder was Allied <br />Bids E3laclctop, Mr. T3lesener stated that the City's n~w <br /> superinteneient Dave Ilarris feels that the City should be <br />Agenda using a smaller rock. The bids received were basecl on a <br />Item No. 17a larger rock. Pnr. I3lesener asked if the City would have to <br /> rebid based on the smaller roclc.
