4 <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />To approve and adopt ordinances #902, 903, 904, and 905 which creates Chapter 827 – Cannabis, a <br />regulatory ordinance, and amends Chapters 905, 906, and 914 of the City of Little Canada Zoning <br />Code to add zoning regulations for cannabis businesses. <br /> <br />1. Adopt Ordinance 902 which creates City Code Chapter 827, Cannabis, and approve summary <br />publication of the ordinance. <br /> <br />2. Adopt Ordinance 903, Commercial Districts, and approve summary publication of the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />3. Adopt Ordinance 904, Industrial District, and approve summary publication of the ordinance. <br /> <br />4. Adopt Ordinance 905, Specific Development Requirements, and approve summary publication <br />of the ordinance.
