retailer a response to the complaint within seven (7) calendar days and perform any necessary <br />inspections within thirty (30) calendar days. <br />C. Length of Suspension. The suspension of a cannabis retail business local registration may be for up to <br />thirty (30) calendar days, unless OCM suspends the license for a longer period. The business may not <br />make sales to customers if their local registration is suspended. <br />1. The City of Little Canada may reinstate a local registration if it determines that the violations <br />have been resolved. <br />2. The City of Little Canada shall reinstate a local registration if OCM determines that the <br />violation(s) have been resolved <br />D. Civil Penalties. Subject to Minn. Stat. 342.22, subd. 5(e), the City of Little Canada may impose a civil <br />penalty, as specified in the City of Little Canada’s Fee Schedule, for registration violations, not to <br />exceed $2,000. <br /> <br />827.150 Temporary Cannabis Events <br />A. Purpose. The purpose of this Article is to regulate temporary cannabis events permitted by the State <br />of Minnesota. These regulations are intended to ensure that temporary cannabis events in Little <br />Canada protect the health, safety, and welfare of the community, and that events are following both <br />local and state regulations throughout their duration. <br />B. Administrative License. No person shall use his or her property or assist, countenance or allow the <br />use of his or her property, or of another’s property, located within the City of Little Canada for any <br />form of temporary cannabis event without first having obtained a license from the public safety <br />director or designee(s). <br />C. Application. An application for a license must be filed with the City of Little Canada. Said <br />application shall include the following information: <br />1. A narrative description of the event including the name of the event and proposed location; <br />2. A list of all activities to take place at the event; <br />3. The name of the sponsoring entity/or main contact person, along with their address, email, and <br />phone number; <br />4. The proposed date and time of the event together with the beginning and ending times for each <br />date; <br />5. A list of the name, number , and type of cannabis businesses and hemp businesses that will sell <br />cannabis plants , adult-use cannabis flower, and adult-use cannabis products, at the event; <br />6. A diagram of the physical layout of the temporary cannabis event showing where the event will <br />take place on the grounds, all entrances and exits that will be used by participants during the event, <br />all cannabis consumption areas, all cannabis retail areas where cannabis flower, cannabis products, <br />lower-potency hemp edibles, and hemp-derived consumer products will be sold, the location <br />where cannabis waste will be stored, and any location where cannabis flower, cannabis products, <br />lower-potency hemp edibles, and hemp-derived consumer products will be stored; <br />7. Location of any barricades, street route plans, or perimeter/security fencing; <br />8. The estimated number of event staff, participants, and sponsors; <br />9. Any other information deemed necessary to ensure the safety, health, and welfare of the people and
