Page 1 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br /> Agreement PUBW2023-08R <br /> <br /> <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA FOR <br />Right of Way Acquisition for County Road D Improvements <br />County State Aid Project 062-619-040 <br />Municipal State Aid Project 200-020-015 <br /> <br />Total Estimated Right of Way Acquisition Cost: $168,604.00 <br />Ramsey County Estimated Cost: $84,302.00 <br />City of Little Canada Estimated Cost: $84,302.00 <br /> <br />Attachments: <br />Exhibit A - Acquisition Estimate – Little Canada <br />Exhibit B - Right of Way Layout <br /> <br /> <br />This Agreement is between the City of Little Canada, a municipal corporation ("City") and <br />Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, ("County") <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Project Limits are defined as County Road D (County State Aid Highway <br />19) from Greenbrier Street to County Road D Circle (“Project Limits”); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in the area affected by construction, County Road D is designated County <br />State Aid Highway (CSAH) 19 and is located in the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, All or part of County Road D is in City rights-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the project has been designated for funding by the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation (“MnDOT”) as eligible for County State Aid Highway (“CSAH”) funds, and, <br />Municipal State Aid System (“MSAS”) funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Project has been designated as County State Aid Project (S.A.P.) 062- <br />619-040 (County Road D) and Municipal State Aid Project 200-020-015 (County Road D); <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and County desire to reconstruct County Road D from Greenbrier <br />Street to County Road D Circle within the Project Limits (“Project”); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the reconstruction requires right of way (“ROW”) acquisition; and <br /> <br />
