<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Fischer and Members of City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Heidi Heller, City Clerk/HR Manager <br /> Chris Heineman, City Administrator <br /> DATE: January 22, 2025 <br /> <br />RE: Annual Review of City Council Code of Conduct Policy <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED: <br />Review the City Council Code of Conduct Policy. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The City Council requested that city staff draft a code of conduct policy for the City Council. The <br />Council felt that Little Canada residents deserve a fair, ethical and accountable City Council, with <br />expectations that council members conduct themselves with high levels of civility and respect. <br /> <br />The attached Code of Conduct Policy was first adopted by the City Council on January 10, 2024. <br />The Council requested that the policy be reviewed and re-adopted annually. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommend the City Council review the attached Code of Conduct Policy and re-affirm <br />adoption of the policy. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
