<br />• Storm Sewer Improvements
<br />The storm sewer systems within each project area were reviewed and found to be in good
<br />condition. Minor improvements will be made as necessary to ensure the storm sewer system
<br />can provide good long-term service for the new roadway.

<br />• Park Improvements
<br />Various budgeted park improvement projects have also been pulled into the 2025 Street
<br />Improvement Project to capitalize on economies of scale. Those projects costs are outlined in
<br />the table below.
