MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />5eptember 27, 1989 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-9-456 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />SEPTEMBER 12, 1989 CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Scalze reported that on page 6 of the minutes of the <br />September 13th City Council meeting the word "month" in <br />the last line of the 4th paragraph should be changed to <br />"week". Also, on page 23, Resolution No. 89-9-442 <br />should be amended to show that the cost of electrical <br />service is rebatable to the City within the next five <br />years as electrical service is used, not as additional <br />properties connect to the service. <br />Fahey reported that Resolution No. 89-9-433 should be <br />amended eliminating the words "OR RENT" from the <br />resolution. Fahey felt that in order to qualify for an <br />exemption in this instance, the property owner must be <br />an owner or operator of a business within the City. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-9-457 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF TAE <br />SEPTEMBER 13, 1989 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS AMENDED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. <br />Collova. <br />Ayes (5) 5calze, Collova, Fahey, LaValle, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Page 3 <br />
