Arden Hills
2. Maplewood
3. North St. Paul
4. Richfield
5. Roseville
6. St. Anthony
7. Shoreview
8. Vadnais Heights
9. White Bear Lake
These communities were selected based on geographic proximity, demographic similarities, and
their frequent use in other city planning initiatives.

Additionally, the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan Statistical Area (Twin Cities Metro) is
included to provide regional context on population demographics and selected housing
characteristics.

Much of the data in this study is derived from the American Community Survey (ACS), which
provides estimates rather than exact figures. While ACS data is valuable for identifying trends
and making comparisons, it carries margins of error and should not be interpreted as precise.
