26 | Page <br />City of Little Canada Housing Study - 2025 <br /> <br />Before 2024, Little Canada had a higher proportion of condo/townhome sales than reference <br />communities, while the Twin Cities Metro never exceeded 27% of its sales in these housing <br />types during this period. <br /> <br />The sales trends align with Little Canada’s housing stock composition—as noted in Figure 10, <br />about 50% of all housing units in the city are multifamily structures. <br /> <br />Housing Costs <br />Little Canada has a long-standing reputation as an affordable place to live.
