The study also offers regional
context by comparing Little Canada to nine reference communities and includes spatial analysis of
housing dynamics within the city.

This study is data-driven, containing over 40 tables and maps, and spans approximately 50 pages. While
a full read is not expected, the Executive Summary and Key Findings sections provide the most essential
takeaways. For ease of navigation, the document includes a hyperlinked table of contents and table of
figures.

City of Little Canada Community Inclusion Report
The City of Little Canada is committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive community. Asia completed the City of Little Canada Sustainability Report, which analyzes
completed and in-process city sustainability efforts, analyzes peer communities' best practices, identifies
potential nonprofit partners in the environmental sustainability space, reviews state sustainability
legislative policies and priorities, and determines potential grant opportunities or funding sources for
municipal sustainability work. Recommendations can be found on pages 11-13 in the report.

Little Canada Rice Street Corridor - ULI Minnesota Technical Assistance Panel Final Report
ULI Technical Assistance Panels provide expert, multidisciplinary, unbiased advice to local
governments, public agencies, and nonprofit organizations facing complex land use and real estate
issues.
