MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />December 27, 1989 <br />MINUTES <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 27th day of December, 1989 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired the meeting and called it <br />to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />Councilman <br />Councilman <br />Councilman <br />Councilwoman <br />City Admin. <br />City Engineer <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />Rec. Secretary <br />Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Rick Collova <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Donald Carley <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Bill Bruce <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />Blesener suggested the following corrections to the <br />minutes of the December 13, 1989 Council meeting: <br />Page 2, 4th paragraph, third line from the <br />bottom, the words "an additional" should be <br />removed; <br />Page 24, reference to "bonus" should be changed <br />to ~~compensation" pointing out that the <br />additional compensation approved by the City <br />Council for office staff employees was for <br />the additional duties that these employees <br />performed during the period of time of the <br />City Clerk's absence. <br />Page 25, Resolution No. 89-12-607 should be <br />reworded to indicate approval of a resolution <br />establishing a deferred compensation plan with <br />ICMA for the City Administrator. <br />Page 1 <br />
