MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 22, 1990 <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-8-387 - BASED ON THE INPUT RECEIVED <br />FROM THE PROPERTY OWNERS TO THE SOUTH OF THE PROPOSED <br />COSTA ESTATES PRELIMINARY PLAT, THE PRELIMINARY PLAT IS <br />HEREBY DENIED AS SUBMITTED, AND THE MATTER RETURNED TO <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND PARK COMMISSION SHOULD THE <br />DEVELOPER CHOSE TO SUBMIT ANOTHER OPTION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-8-388 - REQUIRING AN ADDITIONAL <br />DEVELOPER DEPOSIT FOR THE COSTA ESTATES PROPOSAL IN AN <br />AMOUNT TO BE DETERMINED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />SUFFICIENT TO COVER CITY COSTS SHOULD THE DEVELOPER <br />CHOSE TO PROCEED WITH ANOTHER PROPOSAL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />RECESS At this point in the meeting, 9:10 P.M., Council took a <br />short recess. The meeting was reconvened at 9:22 P.M. <br />ORDINANCE Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider a proposed <br />AMENDMENT- Zoning Ordinance amendment making aggregate recycling <br />AGGREGATE a prohibited use. The Planning Commission recommended <br />RECYCLING approval of the amendment. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 335 - AMENDING SECTION 914 OF THE LITTLE <br />CANADA ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO PROHIBITING <br />STOCKPILING AND RECYCLING OF AGGREGATE MATERIALS IN THE <br />I-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT <br />Page 14 <br />
