MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 28, 1990 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 28th day of November, 1990 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired the meeting and called it <br />to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Collova <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. Mr. Joel Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Cable TV Prod. Mr. Bill Bruce <br />Rec. Secretary Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-522 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />NOVEMBER 14, 1990 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Fahey, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />COSTA Fahey noted that at the October 24th Council meeting <br />ESTATES staff was directed to contact certain property <br />PRELIMINARY owners to determine their willingness to give easements <br />PLAT so that Costa Lane could be extended north to Allen <br />Avenue. Fahey noted that at that meeting, Council <br />discussed options of Costa Lane either going north to <br />Allen Avenue or horseshoeing back to DeSoto. <br />Page 1 <br />
