MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 27, 1991 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 27th day of February, 1991 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Beverly Scalze chaired the meeting and <br />called it to order at 7:30 P.M. and the £ollowing <br />members of the Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Pro Tem Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Collova <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />Mayor <br />Mr. Raymond Hanson <br />ALSO PRESENT <br />City Admin. <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />Rec. Secretary <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Bill Bruce <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Blesener reported that pages 3 and 5 of the <br />February 13th minutes should be corrected to reflect <br />that his statements regarding consistent treatment of <br />organizations under gambling laws may be unfair to <br />those organizations holding one-day events, such as <br />gold-plate dinners. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-2-70 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />FEBRUARY 13, 1991 REGULAR MEETING AS CORRECTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Blesener, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />VACATION OF Mayor Pro Tem Scalze opened the public hearing to <br />PORTION OF consider the vacation of a portion of the Woodlynn <br />WOODLYNN AVE.
