MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP <br />JULY 10, 1991 <br />*Review internal procedures with respect to costs that <br />should be coded directly to the General Fund rather <br />than the Capital Projects Fund. <br />*Monitor the progress of potential State actions and <br />take defensive measures to protect the City. <br />*Review the General Fund reserves/designations in <br />relation to the overall General Fund fund balance. <br />*Continue to monitor MWCC charges. <br />Voto then reviewed in detail the Capital Project Funds <br />report dated December 31, 1991 and submitted the <br />following recommendations as a part of this report: <br />*Close the Storm Sewer Construction Fund (406) and <br />transfer the remaining balance of $86,172 to the State <br />Aid Roads Fund. <br />*Close the Little Canada School Improvements Fund and <br />transfer the remaining balance to another City Fund <br />consistent with the restrictions (if any) of the <br />donations received. <br />*Review the status regarding assessments on Project <br />88-24 Ryan Drive. <br />*Provide an alternative source of revenue for the <br />project cost deficit on TIF #1-2. <br />*Review all projects and monitor procedures for the <br />various costs in the Assessable Interim Construction <br />Fund. <br />There being no further business, the workshop meeting <br />was adjourned at 7:10 P.M. <br />Attest: <br />Page 3 <br />
