MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA March 11, 1992 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meetinq of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the llth day of March, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired the meeting and called it to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Council were present at roll call: MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Raymond Hanson Mr. Bill Blesener Mr. Rick Collova Mrs. Beverly Scalze MEMBERS ABSENT: Council Member ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. City Attorney City Engineer Public Works Cable TV Prod. Recording Sec. MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the follo moved its adoption: Mr. Jim LaValle Mr. Joel Hanson Mr. Tom Sweeney Mr. Mike Lynch Mr. Dave Harris Mr. Bill Bruce Mrs. Kathy Glanzer winq resolution and RESOLUTION N0. 92-3-84 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 26, 1992 REGULAR MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) Blesener, Collova, Hanson, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. ANNOUNCE- Mayor Hanson announced that there are new recycling MENTS bins available at City Hall. Residents can exchange their old recycling bins for the new ones. However, exchange of the old bins is not mandatory. IMPROVEMENT Mayor Hanson opened the public hearing to consider the HEARING improvement of streets, watermain and storm sewer RYAN DRIVE within Ryan Industrial Park. Hanson noted that a few INDUSTRIAL months ago the City received a petition signed by the PARK majority of owners within the Park requesting a street Page 1
