MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 24, 1992 <br />VOUCHERS <br />ADJOURN <br />should be brought in. <br />organizations should be analyzed with the use of a <br />spreadsheet. The Administrator felt that staff could <br />do that with a minimal amount of effort. The <br />Administrator felt that as a result of that analysis if <br />problems are identified, then perhaps someone else <br />The Administrator reported that Minneapolis has an <br />in-depth enforcement system, and their philosophy is <br />that they are the controlling entity. Any problems <br />they might identify are turned over to the State for <br />enforcement action. The Administrator pointed out that <br />under the current system in place at the State, <br />consistent auditing will not be done. <br />The Administrator suggested that a subcommittee of the <br />Council be established to determine what the parameters <br />of the City's enforcement program should be. Council <br />agreed. LaValle and Hanson volunteered to serve on <br />that subcommittee. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-6-217 - APPROVING THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-6-218 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Collova. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Collova, Hanson, Scalze. <br />Nays (0).
