MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 26, 2025 <br />COUNCIL REPORTS AND MEETING UPDATES <br />Malone commented on a recent meeting she had with Ramsey Council Commissioner Mary Jo <br />McGuire over coffee. She stated that she will be attending an interview for the Youth Services Board <br />later this week. <br />Miller provided an update on the most recent meeting of the Nine forth Cable Commission. He also <br />noted the advanced city elected official training he participated in with Gutierrez. <br />Gutierrez also commented on the training she and Miller attended. She noted that she also met <br />Commissioner McGuire for coffee and discussion. <br />Kwapick had no updates. <br />Mayor Fischer commented on the quarterly local government meeting he participated in for Roseville <br />Area Schools. <br />Mayor Fischer announced that tonight was City Administrator Chris Heineman's last Council meeting. <br />He thanked the City Administrator for all the work he has done in his time with Little Canada, <br />recognizing the transition to longer -term thinking and strategic planning and highlighting some of the <br />things that have been accomplished during that time. He thanked him for his service to the community <br />and wished him well. <br />The City Administrator commented that he has enjoyed working for the City and working with the <br />members of the City Council. He stated that there is a great team to carry the work forward. <br />ADJOURN <br />There being no further business, upon motion by Mayor Fischer, seconded by Kwapick, the <br />meeting was adjourned at 8:46 p.m. <br />Thomas Fischer, Mayor <br />City Administrator <br />2 <br />
