All <br />provided options would be in compliance based on testing. <br /> <br />BUDGET: <br />Should the council wish to select an option that would result in adjusting the existing wage scale, <br />there could potentially be a budgetary impact either in the current year or in the 2026 budget. <br /> <br />WAGE SCALE ADJUSTMENT <br />Should the Council select an option that requires an adjustment to the wage scale, staff will be <br />presenting an amended 2025 wage scale at the next council meeting for formal adoption. If no <br />adjustment is recommended, the existing wage scale would be used. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />No recommendation currently.
