<br />4. The City of Little Canada hereby assures the Thunder Bay Trail will be open and <br />available for use, as well as maintained, for a period of no less than 25 years; and <br /> <br />5. The City Council hereby assures that the City of Little Canada will complete construction <br />of the Thunder Bay Trail Project by June 30, 2027. <br /> <br />6.
