<br /> <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 910 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RELATIVE TO 2025 PARTIAL YARD WASTE RATE AND BULK ONLY SERVICE RATE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: The <br />Fee/Rate Schedule for the City of Little Canada is amended as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191, in the <br />case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy of the entire ordinance is <br />available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the following summary is approved by the City <br />Council and shall be published in lieu of publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the City Fee/Rate Schedule to add the 2025 partial <br />yard waste rate and bulk only service rate. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
