<br />SOURCE OF FUNDS:
<br />Street improvements will be funded through the City’s Infrastructure Capital Improvement Fund, and
<br />special assessments. Water and sewer improvements will be funded through the City’s Infrastructure
<br />Capital Improvement Fund. Storm sewer and drainage improvements will be funded through the City’s
<br />Stormwater Fund and Infrastructure Capital Improvement Fund. Trail improvements will be funded
<br />through the City’s Park Land Fund.

<br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS:
<br />• Staff recommends that the City Council approve a Motion to award 2025 Street Improvements
<br />to OMG Midwest Inc, Minnesota Paving & Materials in the amount of $796,544.75
