MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 26, 1993 <br />GAMEROOM LICENSE <br />BRADY'S ON RICE STREET <br />HOGGSBREATH <br />SAXON LOUNGE/MINGLES <br />VENETIAN INN <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Hanson, Morelan, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />MN DOT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />TRAINING moved its adoption: <br />REIMBURSE- <br />MENT RESOLUTION NO. 93-5-150 - APPROVING THE MN DOT <br />TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF CITY <br />ENGINEER COSTS RELATING TO SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF MN <br />DOT'S TECHNICAL CERTIFICATION PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Hanson, Pedersen, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />VOUCHERS Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-5-151 - APPROVING TAE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Aanson, Pedersen, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />RECESS At this point in the meeting, 8:52 P.M., Council took a <br />short recess. The meeting was reconvened at 9:07 P.M. <br />VANDERBIE/ The City Engineer reported that the Vanderbie/Al1en <br />ALLEN project has been progressing slower than anticipated <br />PROJECT due to difficulties with utility location and <br />relocation. The Engineer felt that project conditions <br />would improve within the next week once gravel base is <br />put in. The Engineer also reported that property <br />owners will be allowed to connect to utilities once the <br />area is cleaned up. The deadline for completion of the <br />Vanderbie/Allen project as well as Costa Lane is June <br />30th, therefore, the contractor may have to put on some <br />extra crews. Once the Vanderbie/Allen project and <br />Costa Lane is completed, work will begin on the <br />Edgerton watermain project. <br />Page 17 <br />
