MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 8, 1993 CONSENT AGENDA - DESOTO STREET REQUEST FOR PAYMENT & CHANGE ORDER various organizations to determine whether or not they are interested in conducting bingo within the City, and if so, informing them to submit a premise permit application. The Administrator asked if staff should survey the Morelan felt that the City did not need to send out an invitation to organizations asking for premise permit applications. Morelan pointed out that the organizations know that this issue is on the table, and if they are interested, they will come forward. Scalze agreed. The City Attorney recommended that action on the application for renewal of binqo hall license submitted by Mover's Warehouse be tabled to the June 15th Special Meeting. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 93-6-165 - TABLING ACTION ON THE APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF BINGO HALL LICENSE SUBMITTED BY MOVER'S WAREHOUSE TO TAE JUNE 15, 1993 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, Hanson, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 93-6-166 - APPROVING TAE REQUEST FOR FINAL PAYMENT AND CHANGE ORDER FOR THE DESOTO STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AS SUBMITTED BY VOLK SEWER AND WATER SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF QUANTITIES BY THE CITY ENGINEER AND APPROVAL BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR The foregoing resolution was auly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Hanson, Pedersen, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 93-6-167 - APPROVING THE VOUCHER5 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle.
