In the meantime,
Hoggsbreath would like to begin construction and are
aware that should the Council not approve the CUP,
construction would have to stop and the volleyball
court removed. LaValle asked if the Council had any
adverse reaction to a volleyball court at Hoggsbreath.
LaValle also reported that Gordies's will be contacted
and informed of the CUP requirement and process.
The Council indicated that their reaction to a
volleyball court at either location will be dependent
upon the reaction of surrounding property owners,
therefore, until public hearings were held on the CUP
applications, it was difficult to indicate whether or
not the Council would have any opposition to the
proposal.
The City Attorney pointed out that without Conditional
Use Permits for these volleyball courts, the property
owners would be required to remove them.
ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
Page 16
