LIQUOR LICENSE - LCRA 1992 ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTS RESOLUTION N0. 93-7-232 - CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 4, RYAN INDUSTRIAL PARK FOR WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 25, 1993, AT 7:30 P.M. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Hanson, Pedersen, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 93-7-233 - AUTHORIZING TIIE PLACEMENT OF A STOP SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION OF ALLEN AND PAYNE AVENUES AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Hanson, Pedersen, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 93-7-234 - APPROVING A TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR THE LITTLE CANADA RECREATION ASSOCIATION FOR AUGUST 13, 14, AND 15, 1993 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CANADIAN DAYS CELEBRATION SUBJECT TO RECEIPT OF SATISFACTORY PROOF OF LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE AND WAIVING THE LICENSE FEE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Hanson, Pedersen, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 93-7-235 - APPROVING THE 1992 ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS AS SUBMITTED BY THE CITY AUDITOR The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Hanson, Pedersen, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. LIQUOR The City Attorney reported that State Law as well as LICENSE the City's Liquor Ordinance requires the licensing VIOLATION authority to act on liquor license violations.
